Each flange is manufactured with precision CNC machining, controlled surface roughness, and strict quality standards, ensuring outstanding performance in vacuum applications down to 10⁻¹⁰ mbar.

Technical Information

CF flanges operate based on a metal-to-metal sealing principle.
A soft metal gasket—typically OFHC copper—is compressed between flange faces under applied torque, plastically deforming to form a permanent, leak-tight seal.
This design ensures low gas permeability, high mechanical strength, and repeatable vacuum performance.
