Liquid nitrogen production systems allow you to generate the liquid nitrogen you need using only electrical power. This eliminates the need to wait for deliveries or spend additional effort on sourcing liquid nitrogen.
Using advanced PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology, the system separates nitrogen gas from the atmosphere with high purity. The purified nitrogen gas is then cooled and liquefied under suitable pressure conditions. The resulting liquid nitrogen is stored safely in double-walled vacuum-insulated tanks.
Fully Automated and User-Friendly Operation
Our liquid nitrogen production systems operate fully automatically. The system switches to standby mode when the liquid nitrogen storage tank reaches the designated level. When the level drops due to consumption or evaporation, it automatically restarts production. These threshold levels can be easily adjusted by the user.
In the event of a power outage, the system automatically checks all components upon power restoration and resumes operation if no faults are detected.
